1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liberty Markets platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Liberty Markets LLC (“Liberty Markets,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction),
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

Liberty Markets provides a digital trading platform that allows users to trade Bitcoin, gold, solver tokens, and other supported digital or financial assets, including leveraged trading of up to 10x.

Liberty Markets does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading with leverage involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial margin.
• Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are volatile and unpredictable.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You may lose all or more than the funds you deposit.
• You assume full responsibility for all trading activity and outcomes.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information,
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,
• Immediately notify Liberty Markets of any unauthorized use.
• Liberty Markets is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials or user negligence.

5. Leverage and Margin Trading

The Platform may offer leverage up to 10x, subject to asset availability and risk controls.

Margin requirements, liquidation thresholds, and fees may change at any time.

Liberty Markets reserves the right to force liquidation of positions without notice to prevent negative balances or systemic risk.

You understand that forced liquidation may occur at unfavorable prices.

6. Fees and Charges

Users agree to pay all applicable:

• Trading fees
• Funding or overnight fees
• Withdrawal fees
• Liquidation fees
• All fees are disclosed on the Platform and may be updated at Liberty Markets’ discretion.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to verification, delays, network congestion, or third-party limitations.

Liberty Markets does not guarantee processing times.

Users are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses.

Liberty Markets is not liable for losses due to incorrect withdrawal information.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities,
• Manipulate markets or engage in abusive trading practices,
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform,
• Use bots or automated systems without authorization.
• Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

9. Regulatory Compliance and Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to legal or regulatory restrictions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Liberty Markets may restrict or terminate access in any region at its discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Liberty Markets LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Liberty Markets makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of pricing data,
• Platform uptime or availability,
• Fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Markets LLC shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses,
• Lost profits or data,
• System outages or technical failures,
• Actions of third-party service providers.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user in the prior 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Markets LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Violation of these Terms,
• Violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

Liberty Markets may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violations or risk management concerns.
